Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow catalog automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the ServiceNow catalog workflows. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow catalog automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Service Catalog solutions that meet organizational needs. Work closely with developers and architects to ensure proper execution of catalog automation workflows. Test and validate ServiceNow configurations to ensure quality and adherence to requirements. Provide support and training to end users for Service Catalog functionalities. Document processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality, particularly Service Catalog and automation processes. Experience in gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations. Familiarity with workflow design, system integration, and automation concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator. Exposure to scripting languages and basic technical knowledge for working alongside developers. Understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
