Strong understanding of ServiceNow core and development best practices Strong development experience Workflow & Flow Designer, Client scripts, Scripts Include, Business Rule, Data Import, ACL, table and database query Experience in two or more modules - ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, PA Dashboards & reports Hands-on experience in JavaScript development Service Portal & Widget configuration/ development Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Should have knowledge of Agile methodology
