Key Responsibilities We are looking for 7-8 years experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas: Administration: Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances and configurations. Scripting: Develop and implement scripts to automate workflows and processes. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. CMDB: Oversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) activities and ensure data accuracy. Application Development: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. ITSM: Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow. Service Provider: Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in ServiceNow administration and development. Strong scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell). Experience with system integrations and CMDB management. Proficiency in ITSM processes and application development.
