ServiceNow Developer - Service Management

Experience Required - 2 to 6 years

Interview mode - Face to Face

Notice period - Immediate / Serving / 30 days

Must require skill :

Qualification & Experience:

Ø Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)

Ø 2+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)

Ø 2+ years of ServiceNow Development/Admin Experience is mandate

Ø Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Ø Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept.

Ø Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation management.

Ø Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform

Ø Experience troubleshooting web application

Java Script

Excellent communication skills

Skills: -

Ø Previous experience in ITSM Implementation

Ø Experience providing SaaS support is desirable.
