ServiceNow Developer- Sales and Order Management

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer for Sales and Order Management, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management - Hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor - Process understanding of customer service management and order management - Good experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development - Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development - Good experience in web-based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration - Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows - Hands-on experience on CMDB and Active directory LDAP - Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering - Good communication and presentation skills Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript - Experience in Customer Service Management and Order Management processes - Experience with ServiceNow modules and custom applications - Knowledge of Service Portal and Content Management development - Experience in web-based Integration SOAP REST and other types of integration - Familiarity with Service Request Management and Workflows - Hands-on experience with CMDB and Active directory LDAP - Strong communication and presentation skills If you are interested in this position, please share your resume with namrata.gawade@ltimindtree.com.,
