Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (510 Years Experience)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM domains.
Implement and support combinations of ITSM & CSM, and ITSM & ITOM workflows.
Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Build and enhance Service Portal and Custom Portals for user-centric experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Perform unit testing, documentation, and deployment of ServiceNow configurations.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, UI policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Experience with third-party integrations and automation using APIs.
Expertise in building and customizing Service Portals and widgets.
Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management (for ITOM).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
