Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using middleware platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and develop technical designs.
• Build and manage

  RESTful and SOAP web services

  for system connectivity.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems through reliable integration practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integration performance and system reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows and configurations.
• Adhere to best practices for

  security

  ,

  scalability

  high availability

  in development.

Essential Skills:

• 24 years of experience in integration development or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on proficiency in integration platforms like

  MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, WSO2, or Informatica

  .
• Strong understanding of

  API development

  (REST, SOAP),

  messaging systems

  (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience in scripting/programming languages such as

  Java, Python, or JavaScript

  .
• Familiarity with

  SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle

  databases.
• Understanding of

  OAuth2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS

  , and other security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have):

• ServiceNow Integration Hub or Flow Designer experience.
• Exposure to ITSM/ITOM processes within ServiceNow.
• Certification in integration platforms or ServiceNow would be an added advantage.
