Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida & Gurgaon Experience: 6-15 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the IT Service Management (ITSM) module. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services, specifically in ITSM. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, administration, and integration. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations and modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows. Participate in upgrade planning, patching, and release management. Preferred Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–ITSM). Experience with other ServiceNow modules like CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM.
