ServiceNow Developer ITSM

As a ServiceNow Developer - ITSM at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for developing applications on the ServiceNow platform and ensuring the integration of ITSM and CMDB. Your key skills should include proficiency in HTML technologies, familiarity with SOA technologies, and exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or Virtual Agent technologies would be beneficial. You should have the ability to gather and assess user requirements, create technical requirement documents, and collaborate with software development teams for application development, unit testing, deployment, and enhancement of product performance, quality, security, and stability. Experience working with the agile methodology for software development is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive continuous improvement in the software development life cycle. A strong grasp of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Develop applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Ensure integration of ITSM and CMDB. - Proficiency in HTML technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS. - Familiarity with SOA technologies like REST, SOAP. - Exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or Virtual Agent technologies. - Gather and assess user requirements, create technical requirement documents. - Collaborate with software development teams for application development, unit testing, deployment, and enhancement of product performance, quality, security, and stability. - Work with the agile methodology for software development. - Quickly learn new technologies. - Drive continuous improvement in the software development life cycle. - Understand software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
