Job Description

Servicenow developer - ITSM

Job Responsibility:

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications and reports.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow modules with other systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement requirements
Quality: Design and implement efficient and testable customizations and integrations with high quality
Testing: Conduct through testing to ensure robustness and reliability
Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities and best practices.
Experience configuring and extending the TSM/ITSM module, including creating custom Portals, Pages and Widgets
Experience with API integrations, both local and 3rd party
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
