Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing ITOM solutions.
Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring and cloud tools.
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow automation, and CMDB best practices.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing ITOM processes for performance and accuracy.
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
