Job Description

Were Hiring: ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Work on modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
Maintain documentation and support change/release processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting on the platform.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/API).
Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
