Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities and modules.
  • Proven experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have skills:

JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ITIL, Agile Methodologies, Integration Experience
