Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business requirements.
• Work on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and ensure smooth integration with other ServiceNow components.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
• Manage system administration activities, upgrades, and platform operations.
• Deliver technical design documentation, conduct demos, and support production releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow HRSD module

  and platform configuration.
• Strong scripting skills using

  JavaScript
