Position Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows
Write scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic
Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing
Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides

Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree (Mandatory) preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

4 to 6 years in ServiceNow application development
Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer
Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules
Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes
Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills
