Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on
expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery
(HRSD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing,
and supporting ServiceNow solutions to drive business efficiency across IT and HR functions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven expertise in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP), and
ServiceNow Studio.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM/HRSD.
• Experience with domain separation, multi-tenant environments, or large-scale
ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to HR integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
