We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong QA experience to join our team on a 6-month (extendable) contract.
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform while also managing end-to-end QA activities such as test planning, scripting, execution, and defect tracking.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs, and working with REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of automated testing tools like ATF, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
