Lead CMDB architecture aligned with ITIL best practices
Own Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations & Data Normalization Define CI classification, relationships & lifecycle management Resolve data gaps, duplications & compliance issues Build dashboards, scorecards & governance frameworks Collaborate across ITSM / ITOM / Security / Cloud / Infra teams Automate workflows to ensure data accuracy & efficiency Conduct CMDB audits & maturity assessments Mentor teams and drive best practices adoption
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM & ITAM
Hands-on expertise in Discovery & Service Mapping Strong grasp of ITIL (v3/v4), CI modeling, reconciliation & integrations Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, SCCM, Monitoring Tools Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, MID Servers, API Integrations ServiceNow Certifications (CMDB / Discovery / ITOM) preferred
