Role Overview: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Expert with proven experience in Discovery, CMDB management, and MidServer administration .This role is crucial to maintaining accurate, compliant, and high-quality configuration data while ensuring seamless integration between global systems. You will collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize data workflows, and support key aerospace digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: MidServer Management: Maintain and secure SAE MidServers , ensuring they are updated and free of vulnerabilities. CMDB Accuracy & Reliability: Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant CMDB data. Identify and resolve orphaned or duplicate CIs and relationships . Ensure compliance with pre-defined policies and data integrity rules . Discovery Optimization: Build dashboards to monitor and correct discovery anomalies . Troubleshoot and resolve discovery and data synchronization issues. Access & Security Management: Address CI access issues, firewall flow rules, and account-related anomalies. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Document processes and present results to stakeholders for decision-making . Proactively suggest improvements to tools, workflows, and data governance practices. 2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM , focusing on Discovery and CMDB. Strong knowledge of MidServer administration and troubleshooting . Good understanding of ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Experience in dashboard creation and anomaly tracking. Knowledge of Service Mapping and CI relationship management. Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize data flows . Strong communication skills to work effectively with global, cross-cultural teams . Fluent English is mandatory; understanding of French is a plus.
