Notice period - immediate - 30 days

Location - Bangalore

Servicenow BA

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Design and document workflows in ServiceNow
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Work with development teams to configure ServiceNow applications based on requirements.
Act as liaison between business units, IT, and ServiceNow development teams.
Facilitate workshops and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
Create and maintain documentation for processes and workflows.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor ServiceNow performance and usage.
Provide insights for continuous improvement.
