ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for all ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and SecOps.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient platform solutions.
• Define best practices, development standards, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow usage across the organization.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects, including configuration, development, integration, and testing.
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on technical design and architecture best practices.
• Ensure alignment of platform architecture with enterprise IT strategy and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and applications and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Provide technical leadership in workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
