Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Application Developer

with hands-on expertise in

platform development

and

full lifecycle implementations

. The candidate should have experience in

key ITSM modules

such as

Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog

, as well as

Customer Service Management (CSM)

. Experience with

large-scale CRM systems

is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement
ServiceNow solutions
across ITSM and CSM modules.
Participate in
full lifecycle implementations
, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Customize and configure
ServiceNow ITSM modules
: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.
Implement
CSM module features
and integrations with CRM systems.
Develop
workflows, business rules, scripts
, and client/server-side logic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure
solutions meet business requirements
.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
Maintain technical documentation and provide
knowledge transfer
to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow platform development
.
Proven
full lifecycle implementation experience
in ITSM modules.
Experience in
Customer Service Management (CSM)
module.
Knowledge of
large-scale CRM systems
integration.
Strong scripting skills:
JavaScript, GlideScript
, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
