Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Application Developer

with hands-on expertise in

platform development

and

full lifecycle implementations

. The candidate should have experience in

key ITSM modules

such as

Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog

, as well as

Customer Service Management (CSM)

. Experience with

large-scale CRM systems

is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.
Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.
Implement CSM module features and integrations with CRM systems.
Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client/server-side logic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
Proven full lifecycle implementation experience in ITSM modules.
Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
Knowledge of large-scale CRM systems integration.
Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
