About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Analyst with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) . The role involves managing platform operations, ensuring stability, executing upgrades, and monitoring performance to maintain a resilient and high-performing ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform service management, operations, and systems administration for the ServiceNow platform.

Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and vendor-recommended updates .

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems related to the platform.

Ensure availability, resiliency, and performance of the ServiceNow platform and MID servers .

Continuously monitor application health and performance to proactively prevent issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment with ServiceNow best practices .

Essential Skills & Experience

68 years of proven experience in ServiceNow platform administration and operations .

Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) .

Strong experience with system upgrades, incident/problem management , and platform monitoring .

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform resiliency, availability, and performance tuning .

Familiarity with MID server administration and troubleshooting .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
