JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support our production ServiceNow environment. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the ServiceNow environment that runs all venues and offices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create new ServiceNow Procedures and workflows Collaborate on integration development between ServiceNow and other products with internal teams and ServiceNow Developer team. Continual learning of the latest developments in the ServiceNow roadmap. As well as keeping the team updated on relevant features and updates. Training, documentation, and communication of ServiceNow product to internal customers. Experience Details: 4+ Years of ServiceNow Admin Experience required 2+ Years of ServiceNow Development Experience is good to have CRITICAL SKILLS: Advanced knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM module Knowledge in ServiceNow ITAM and CSM modules Proven ability to administer ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, flow designs, and UI Scripts to meet needs Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Including but not limited to requirement gathering from internal and external stakeholders
