Job Description:
• Development, Implementation, Configuration and administration of ServiceNow applications in ITSM modules and custom applications.
• Develop advanced scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement data models, tables, and relationships to meet business requirements
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
• Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
• Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
