Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Identifying and fixing mechanical and electrical problems on two-wheelers.
• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks like oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotations.
• Parts Replacement: Replacing worn or damaged parts, such as brakes, clutches, and electrical components.
• Technical Skills: Utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues.
• Customer Communication: Communicating with customers about repairs, maintenance needs, and estimated costs.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
• safety: Ensuring vehicles are safe and compliant with regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of two-wheeler engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and braking systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Manual Dexterity: Skilled in using hand tools and equipment for repairs.
