Service Technician

The Field Service Technician for Ceiling Fans is responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for ceiling fans. Your role will involve interacting with customers, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction. To be successful in this position, you should have a diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics or a related field. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in appliance installation or repair. Knowledge of wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting is essential for this role. Good communication and customer service skills are also important as you will be dealing directly with customers. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations are required.
