Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: ChennaiQualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field) with 0–2 years of experience.Accommodation - Available Roles & Responsibilities:Perform PCB-level servicing and repairs both in-house and at customer sites.Conduct regular visits to customer locations for service, installation, or troubleshooting.Carry out failure analysis, document findings, and maintain records systematically.Maintain inward and outward records of serviced PCBs and components.Support the service team in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.Skills Required:Good soldering and rework skills on PCB components.Strong failure analysis and hardware debugging abilities.Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and test equipment.Ability to handle tools and service instruments safely and accurately.
