Service Technical Executive

Job Summary:

Service Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites for service and technical support related to water treatment chemicals.
Conduct equipment checks, sample analysis, dosing inspections, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of chemical dosing systems.
Maintain daily service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth service delivery.
Educate and guide customer personnel on chemical usage and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with company and client safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred ITI (any technical trade) Diploma or B.tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers are welcome).
Basic understanding of water treatment or industrial processes (training will be provided).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle field service tasks.
Responsible and self-motivated with a learning attitude.
Willingness to travel to multiple client locations as required.
