Qualification : Preferred ITI (any technical trade) Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers are welcome) Notice Period: Immediate joiners Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Service Technical Executive to join our team in the industrial and water treatment chemicals segment. This role involves providing on-site technical service, maintenance, and support for our water treatment chemical applications at client facilities. The position is open to freshers with the required qualifications and a willingness to learn and grow in the field. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer sites for service and technical support related to water treatment chemicals. Conduct equipment checks, sample analysis, dosing inspections, and troubleshoot on-site issues. Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of chemical dosing systems. Maintain daily service reports and documentation. Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth service delivery. Educate and guide customer personnel on chemical usage and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with company and client safety guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred ITI (any technical trade) Diploma or B.tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers are welcome). Basic understanding of water treatment or industrial processes (training will be provided). Good communication and customer-handling skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle field service tasks. Responsible and self-motivated with a learning attitude. Willingness to travel to multiple client locations as required.
