Job Description

  • Raise and track spare parts requests in company's software; ensure timely dispatch and accurate consumption entries.

  • Reconcile issued vs. consumed parts and report discrepancies.

  • Update and close service calls with complete documentation and field inputs.

  • Validate contract coverage; flag mismatches or renewals.

  • Assign and track Preventive Maintenance (PM) calls to ensure compliance.

  • Handle Out-of-Contract (OOC) cases and coordinate with commercial teams.

  • Support inventory transactions, including returns and stock reconciliation.

  • Generate service and inventory reports; escalate issues as needed.

  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to SOPs; maintain audit-ready records.
