Service Specialist- Commissioning

As an Installation and Commissioning Engineer at our energy technology company, you will be responsible for performing installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations. Your role will involve ensuring that services are delivered in a timely manner in line with customer schedules and contractual commitments. You will also support Site Leads in project execution, update installation documentation, and proactively identify and resolve any issues to ensure project/service success while prioritizing site safety. In this position, you will be expected to complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative tasks promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction by demonstrating a commitment to quality and supporting the growth initiatives of the business. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in services will also be considered. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities are highly desired. You should also have the capability to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills. Successful candidates for this position will have experience in using hand tools on machinery in a production environment, as well as technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction. The role may require up to 80% travel time, including short notice assignments, especially during peak seasons.
