Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the Service Sales & Marketing operations for Siemens Healthineers India's Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy business portfolio in the areas of Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh regions. Your role as a Portfolio Sales Professional will be based in Nagpur and will involve extensive travel within these states. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Planning and monitoring Service Revenue Business: - Developing yearly plans for Service Revenue based on Installed Base and Sales Forecast - Monitoring actual performance against plans and implementing mitigation actions - Generating Monthly MIS reports and providing Contract & Revenue Forecasts - Conducting monthly reviews with Regional and Head Office colleagues 2. CRM & Collaboration: - Building professional customer relationships to drive customer loyalty - Offering appropriate service solutions to customers - Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance competitive advantage and Installed Base retention - Working closely with Education Services/Application team to develop and grow Education services revenue 3. Acquiring Service Business: - Coordinating with Region, Head Office, and back office shared services team to ensure timely Contract offers submission to customers - Following up and negotiating with customers to finalize contracts in alignment with sales managers, modality managers, and Country Service Marketing/Sales - Improving Contract Capture Rate and Contract Conversions - Ensuring booking of contracts and submission of Invoices through commercial team and Business Administration and Service Group Leaders - Acquiring Additional Service Revenue through upgrades, etc. Qualifications/Skillsets/Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics stream - 3-5 years of experience in a service sales or service marketing role in a medical devices organization - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills (Note: This is a summarized and formatted version of the provided job description),
