Job Title: ServiceNow/DevOps Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow platform Implementation and operations:

• Lead and participate in the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
• Coordinate changes with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with various systems and applications.
• Plan and execute upgrades, hotfixes, and patches across development, test, and production instances.
• Maintain instance roadmaps, deprecation plans, and compatibility matrices for plugins and applications.
• Coordinate and validate Store app updates, scoped app upgrades, and version alignments.

• DevOps Responsibilities:

• Lead CMDB data architecture changes in accordance with CI type owner requirements
• build and monitor dashboards for performance, error budgets, and capacity metrics.
• Troubleshoot platform issues (slow transactions, long-running scripts, memory/timeouts)
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver incremental value.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proven experience in a DevOps role, preferably within an agile environment.
• Experience with ITIL, Web Services, REST APIs, and system integrations.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Certifications:

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation / Practitioner certifications
