Job Description: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, with additional experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.)Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows to streamline service deliveryDesign and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modulesHands-on expertise with Service Catalog and Flow DesignerExperience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsServiceNow certification(s) preferred
