Job Description

Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Configure and customize modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
Create and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and custom UI pages.
Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for automation and process orchestration.
Develop and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Maintain platform performance, security, and scalability.
Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.
Document development processes, workflows, and integration solutions.
Participate in upgrade planning, testing, and deployment of new ServiceNow versions.
Work closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to optimize processes.
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
