Skills and qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering Experience in Business Analysis or as a Functional Analyst Knowledge of ServiceNow applications and features Familiarity with project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Must Have: Servicenow,business analysis,Identity Access Management,Servicenow workflow
