Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Architecture Role & responsibilities: The primary focus of this engagement is to assist and oversee migration activities: Work with development teams and Product Managers to ideate software solutions. Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. Create technical architecture and design documents that outline system configurations and customizations. Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Establish and enforce best practices and governance standards for ServiceNow development. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and features to leverage new capabilities. Guide the development of custom applications, workflows, and scripts within ServiceNow. Review and approve development work to ensure compliance with design specifications. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements. Assist with migration related activities from the existing vendor. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on ServiceNow functionalities. Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow-related issues.
