Service Manager - Surgical Robotics

As a Senior Manager Service in the Service Operations Surgical Robotics department at Meril, your primary function will be to lead and manage the nationwide service operations, ensuring exceptional after-sales support for the diverse medical technology portfolio. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and managing a team of service engineers, overseeing installations, maintenance, and repairs, establishing service SOPs, and driving customer satisfaction through quality service.
