Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Motihari . The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service operations, managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to optimize service delivery. The Service Manager will also handle escalated customer issues, maintain service quality standards, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing service operations and service teams
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalated customer issues effectively
• Technical knowledge of electric vehicles and related technologies is a plus
• Proficiency in using service management software and tool.
• Prior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is preferred
