Service Manager

As a Workshop Coordinator, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction: - Filing and updating warranty claims - Handling customer satisfaction and complaints - Planning the workshop utilisation capacity - Calculating and preparing for retail invoicing, internal invoicing, and claim handling - Opening and processing job cards for repairs, maintenance, and service - Transferring all relevant information from job card to computer system accurately - Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics - Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs - Utilizing your knowledge of products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+2 and Bachelor's degree - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively - Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as car rental services may operate 24/7 Please note that this is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule.
