Job Description

1) Handle Service calls and mail and promptly response to customer 2) Resolve the issue on call itself in case of minor issues by self or co-ordinating with the team 3) Arrange for the technician's visit in case of requirement and confirmation with customer 4) Cleary discuss the scope of work before supply or service 5) Utilise the available resource in best possible manner 6) Try to minimise the downtime of machine of customer and recommend the options (if applicable) 7) Get the RCA done for service call and give the feedback to the relevant team 8) Maintain the databased of service calls 9) Take feedback from the customer after completion of work 10) Ensure the proper closure of the work 11) Increase revenue by selling the preventive service package to customer 12) Onboarding and training of the new joineeds 13) Monitor and enhance performance of the team 14) Service Call Managment 15) Communication Skills
