Job Description

Service Dealer management for the daily complaint progress and closure with in SLA, and maintain MTTR Technical assistance to filed team in case of critical complaints, Customer handling Training to filed team at state level or on site training, and training to Key customers Failure analysis of warranty, Zero hrs. failures and other critical complaints and input to Quality team AMC/CAMC Service execution through dealers in time, and monthly invoicing to customer, provisioning for expenses, Payment collection from customer for direct service/Supplies. Offer preparation for new AMCs/Services/Supplies, and converting them into business Spares business through dealer by increasing the consumption of dealer by utilizing the potentials, a generation of business for spares/service and overhauling from corporate and institutional customers Service order and Claim approvals after due verification & FOC order tracking for timely material delivery to dealer/Customer DG Sets Pre commissioning and commissioning through service network as per SLA, Customer relationship development by visit key customer Service Dealer Development- increase technical competency of service engineer, Spares management at dealer level, support to business development through increase of AMC base, Overhauling, timely release of payment to dealer
