Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our 4-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and prior experience managing a team in an automobile workshop or dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
• Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff for smooth workflow.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job card flow, and service turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle warranty claims, goodwill requests, and manufacturer policies effectively.
• Implement service standards, process improvements, and team training.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical updates, audits, and customer feedback.
• Manage service targets, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2–3 years in a Service Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of 4-wheeler systems, diagnostics, and service procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on team motivation and performance.
