Role & responsibilities Drive sales and promotion of high-tech medical devices across your region of coverage, meeting or exceeding sales goals. Build strong relationships with surgeons , biomedical engineers , hospital administrators , key decision-makers , OT staff , purchase heads , and procurement teams. Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closurewith a consultative approach. Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product visibility in leading hospitals. Support surgical procedures through in-theatre demonstrations and hands-on guidance to users. Train and support OT technicians , surgeons , and BMEs on device usage and clinical advantages. Collaborate with KOLs and top-performing centers to enhance product credibility. Develop area-focused strategies based on market trends and data insights. Share on-field feedback from customers with our marketing, service, operations, and leadership teams for continuous improvement. Represent TAMS at medical conferences, CMEs, and workshops to strengthen our brand presence. Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building Preferred candidate profile Age : 27 to 36 years ( Mandatory ) Education : Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare or Related field Required Postgraduates are highly preferred. Experience : Minimum 3 years in medical device/surgical instrument sales in Neuro, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, or any related surgical department. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in the field for hospital visits, case support, training, and payment follow-ups. Minimum 1416 days of outstation travel within your region of coverage is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , especially with surgeons and hospital decision-makers. Highly self-motivated , target-driven, and able to work independently. Excellent time and relationship management skills. Solid negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Must hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle . Proficient in MS Office , email communication, and CRM tools.
