15 years full time educationSummary: As a Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various programs and projects, ensuring that managed services are executed effectively. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination, while also developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. This role requires a focus on ensuring high levels of commitment from all parties involved, enabling the strategic agenda of the organization to be met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and operations management. - Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance. - Familiarity with service level agreements and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
