Role Overview: As a Service Management Associate Manager at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide optimal solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The Governance team ensures contractual compliance across various aspects such as Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management. As a Business Reporting and Governance Associate Manager, you will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing data, and creating user-friendly Excel and BI dashboards. Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel formulas, and the ability to create meaningful presentations through PowerPoint are essential for this role. Knowledge in tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and VBA Macros will be advantageous. The role requires delivering on Client & Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, and Change Management. Excellent project management skills, strong client-facing experience, and the ability to solve complex business problems are key attributes for success in this role.,
