Service Lab Account Manager

Role Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Lab Account Manager to drive business growth for our Critical Care product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital and institutional sales, product launches, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region.
• Launch new products in the critical care segment successfully across hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop Key Accounts - Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, Diagnostic Labs.
• Build strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas like Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care.
• Ensure timely coordination with the marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field is essential.
• MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
• Age below 35 years

Experience:

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant sales experience in the critical care segment.
• Experience with MNCs, Top Indian Pharma Companies or Leading Diagnostic Labs will be an added advantage.
• Proven success in hospital / institutional sales, product launches, and key account management.
