Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Lab Account Manager located in Chennai. The Service Lab Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, driving sales strategies, and maintaining accurate account records. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth.

• Account Management and Sales experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Relevant experience in healthcare or diagnostics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree / Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field
